Onboarding with your dedicated accountant
We set everything up: document checklist, mandates (VAT/Biztax/Taxonweb/Myminfin), links to your software/bank, and clear agreements and how to submit documents.
Digital follow-up
You’ll get access to our Database to quickly upload documents, sign paperwork and view reports. Updates and questions are handled smoothly via chat or email.
Sole trader (EMZ): from €150/month (excl. VAT)
Includes basic bookkeeping, VAT returns (monthly or quarterly), year-end closing and an annual review.
Company: from €250/month (excl. VAT)
Includes bookkeeping, VAT returns, year-end closing, annual accounts and an annual review.
Extras (tailored): payroll, complex advisory matters, tax audits, catch-up/regularisation work, additional reporting.
VAT return (monthly/quarterly):
Submit all documents no later than the 5th day of the filing month via the portal. This lets us prepare your return well in advance.
Via the Odoo database (upload), optionally complemented by email or automatic bank feeds. You’ll receive a handy checklist during onboarding.

What is it?
Our Database (accounting) is your secure workspace to submit documents, view/pay invoices, and track your file’s status.
How do I get access?
You’ll receive an email invitation with a link to the Database.
Click Set password and then log in.
Save the Database link as a favourite: https://www.odoo.com/en_EN/web/login.
Forgot your password?
Click Forgot password on the login page and follow the steps.
What can I do in the Database?
- Upload documents (purchase invoices, sales invoices, receipts, bank statements).
- View & pay invoices (if online payment is enabled).
- Tasks & messages: ask questions and follow progress.
- Reports: interim figures and annual documents (if shared).
File guidelines
- Formats: PDF, JPG/PNG (photos of receipts are fine if clearly readable).
- Suggested structure: folders like Accounting, Bank, Payroll, Contracts.
Submit via email (optional)
You’ll receive a unique forwarding address for purchase invoices (e.g. invoices@[yourdomain]). Anything you email there is automatically added to the Database.

Encrypted connection, individual logins, and optional two-step verification.
